 Scammers have been a problem for a long time now. I want to warn you against a recent scam that was attempted by a person that involved my name and website. The scammer listed my puppies on Puppyxxxx, the scammer used my website address in the ad and even used my name Fairytailpuppies to create an email address and account. PLEASE, be careful not to allow a scammer to steal your money. The only way to be sure you have been sent here by one of my ads is to call me! Please call me if you are interested in a puppy, ask me for a picture of the puppy with your name showing, I will do anything that needs to be done to prevent these theives from stealing your hard earned money! Recently several very troubling occurences have been brought to my attention. Unfortunately there are many scammers out there who are just ready to pounce on unsuspecting people. Here are a few things I think you should know to help protect yourself.
My name is Sandra Franco and my kennel name is Fairytailpuppies. I am the only authorized seller of my puppies and I do not sell my puppies to pet stores anywhere. All my puppies are raised in my home, under my supervision, right here in Mission, TX and sold by me personally. All the parents of these puppies are owned by me. I do not offer stud service and no one else should be marketing my puppies for any reason. Please do not be taken in by any other story!
Checks, PayPal payments or other forms of payment are made payable to my business name/Sandra Franco and are remitted to the address shown at the bottom of this page or delivered in person. If you are paying by PayPal I will invoice you.
Sometimes scammers have represented themselves as owners of my puppies looking to sell them. This is most likely false information. All owners of my puppies know that if they ever have a change of circumstance and cannot keep a puppy they are to return the puppy to me... they are not to resell these puppies without my permission.
If you have been told any other story or have any doubts at all about a transaction, please contact me BEFORE you send a payment. I reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone who I believe may fail to provide a safe, loving, forever home. These are beautiful, living creatures and all are precious to me... these are the offspring of my beloved pets. Please remember, if the deal sounds too good to be true it probably is!!
