- Where are you located?
We are located in Mission, TX. we are family owned and operated. My husband, our 4 daughter and myself take pride in our dogs and puppies. All of us take care of our puppies, giving them all the attention, love and care they need. This takes up most of our time, therefore they will come to you prespoiled and very socialized to insure a wonderful start to their life. We have lots of room for them to play and run free. All of our puppies are vet checked, have had proper exams, Dewormings, current vaccines and a written guarantee will be included with each puppy. We like to stay in contact with our puppies' new parents, so feel free to call or email anytime.Through our commitment, experience and expertise, we have established a business relationship with our new parents that will last a lifetime!
- What is the first step to purchase a puppy?
If we both agree that you can provide a loving home for our puppy, then the next step would be to place a deposit to hold your new puppy.
- How much is shipping?
We can ship into most major cities for $295.00 in the USA
- How will my new puppy ship to me?
Your new puppy will fly to you on a passenger plane from Mcallen, TX. The puppy will travel in a pet carrier with food and water. The style of crate can be found at PetSmart and is included with the shipping fee. The crate is yours to keep and only provided if the full shipping charges are paid. We do not provide crates for new owners who meet us, unless prior arrangements are made.We now personaly ground deliver our puppies all state of Texas and surrounding States for an additional fee.
- Where at the airport do we pick the puppy up?
The pickup location varies with each airport. If your puppy is flying with continental Airlines, you can call 800-421-2456 to determine the exact pickup location. I usually email you all information on the flight and where you will pick the puppy.
- Do I make the flight arrangements myself?
We make all the flight arrangements for your puppy and send the details to you. You will be provided with the flight numbers, departure and arrival times, as well as a reference number. Most of this correspondence is done through email.
- What payment types do you accept?
We prefer payment through Paypal, but we also can take postal money orders,money grams(walmart) and western union. Our paypal ID is fairytailpuppies@aol.com
- What food should I feed my new puppy?
We provide Diamond small puppy food for chihuahuas and pug puppy. We provide Royal Canin puppy food pack for all our English Bulldog babies. We encourage you to continue with that brand.
- Can we come pick the puppy up in Mission?
We encourage and prefer you pick your new puppy up here!
- Can you guarantee the estimated weight?
We can only provide an educated adult weight based on the weights of the parents, size of the litter, and size/weight of the puppy at given age.
- Is shipping safe?
YES, shipping is very safe. I have sent puppies from across the US and to
some airports in Canada,Europe,Alaska,Norway,Zwitzerland. They have all made it safe. Some people think
that the puppy would get lost along the way, but this has NEVER happened!
Don't worry, your puppy is safe with both Continental & Delta Airlines!
- Can you hold a puppy until next week?
Unfortunately I can only hold a puppy once a deposit is received.
- If I paid for a puppy today, how soon can I get him/her?
Depending if the puppy is old enough for their forever home.
I can deliver the puppy to you in as little as 1-2 business days.
Puppies that are newborns will be placed on hold once a deposit is received
and can be picked up at 8 weeks or delivered to you by 8 weeks of age.
- Are your puppies raised in your home?
YES! All my puppies are raised in my home.
handle,play everyday by me and family so they are very well socialized.
- Do you guarantee your puppies?
YES! The contract/guarantee can be found on our warranty page
- Do your pups have shots? Have they been de-wormed?
YES! All puppies are up to date on all shots and de-wormings.
- Are your puppies puppy pad trained?
YES! Most puppies are 100% puppy pad trained.
- What is the price difference in the puppies?
Price is determined by: gender, color, size, and other characteristics.

Question comes up to me too. Why are my puppies more expensive than other breeders? Because I spend a lot of time and money to raise quality puppies, play with them all the time, socialize them, give them treats, take to the vet, watch them as you would children because they try to get into everything. If you don't want to pay the price, buy from the ones that are cheaper. I learned a long time ago before I became a breeder, that if you give away an animal, normally the person will not take care of it since they have nothing invested in it.
- What do I need to bring with me when picking up the puppy.
You will need your ID or Drivers Licence and Booking Confirmation #.
Other things that you may want to bring: blanket,towel, Baby Wipes, Nutri-cal.
- What is Hypoglycemia?
In small toy breeds Hypoglycemia is very common.
Hypoglycemia is a drop in blood sugar levels. Please read more about
