BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within SEVENTY TWO (72) hours of delivery. The seller must be informed of the examination results immediately by email.
The buyer must provide the puppy with routine preventive care by a licensed veterinarian such as, but not limited to: Annual physical examinations, vaccinations and deworming as recommended.
HEALTH GUARANTEE
Your puppy is guaranteed until Twelve months (12) months of age against fatal and life congenital disease which adversely affects the health of the animal. this includes, kidney, heart, lungs and liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature.
This guarantee does not cover what is considered normal in the bulldog breed: cherry eye, entropies, skin allergies, "loose" hips, elongated soft palate and stenotic nares (collapsed nostrils).
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. No refund, in part or in full, will be given.
As of date of transfer, the puppy will have received proper vaccinations and worming.
This guarantee does not cover Coccidia and Kennel Cough which is common in puppies that are shipped and usually caused by bacteria.
A puppy showing any congenital defect will be replaced as follows: Animal must show the defect by twenty four (24) months of age. Breeder must be notified of the problem within three (3) business days of the licensed veterinarian's determination of the problem and the report must be send to the breeder.
A puppy with a defect must be returned in good condition (other than the specified problem) at the buyer's expense. A replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and of comparable quality. It is under stood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same parents as the original puppy. Seller is responsible for transportation cost for the replacement puppy.
This guarantee applies only to the original puppy owner and is nontransferable to a second party.
The breeder guarantees a healthy companion pet, but does not guarantee the buyer will be able to show or breed the animal regardless of show or breeding potentials.
Certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors such as allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders are not covered by this guarantee.
Any physical problem which is or could be the result of injury is not covered under this guarantee.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
Deposits can be made when the puppy is two (2) weeks old.
Deposits are in the amount of $500.00.
Deposits are nonrefundable unless something happens to the puppy while under the breeders care.
You forfeit your deposit if you change your mind about buying the puppy, or you may use it toward the purchase of a puppy at a later date.
Remaining balance must be received ten (10) days prior to shipping date.
SHIPPING / DELIVERY
Shipping shall be by a reputable airline or land transport and will be mutually agreed between buyer and seller.
Puppy will be shipped between eight (8) and ten (10) weeks of age (weather permitting) on a date mutually agreed upon between buyer and seller.
This contract supersedes any and all previous agreements.
This contract is null and viod if the terms and conditions are not fulfilled.
Buyer agrees that he / she understands this contract fully, and that this contract is under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas, in the county of Hidalgo. It is agreed that the place of venue shall be in Hidalgo county, Texas.
I hereby state that I am purchasing this dog as a companion and shall provide it with quality food, ample fresh water and considerate companionship. This dog will not be a kennel dog, will not be chained to tied, but shall be able to freely move about and exercise in ample space. I further agree that appropriate veterinary care will be provided as needed.
