We do allow home visits on an appointment only basis to SERIOUS buyers only. We do prefer home visits when the puppies are over 2 weeks of age.
Appointments are scheduled between 1 and 4 almost very day. We do take a day off usually Sunday. We do required a time set and that visitors arrive at time set, we allow a 30 min. window for tardiness, if you are going to be running late by more than 30 mins. you will have to reschedule your appointment. We have to set guidelines, because it is only fair to the next person that may have an appointment after yours. We allow no more than 45 mins for our visits, there is only a certain amount of hours in the day, and we have to get things done in each and everyday, so when you make an appointment we have to schedule you in, and schedule are days in order to take care of our adults and puppies.
WE ONLY OWN ONE ADULT MALE STUD AND ONE ADULT FEMALE , WE HAVE DECIDED TO BREED THEM BOTH AND ARE NOW EXPECTING A LITTER BY JANUARY 2010!! THIS WILL BE OUR FEMALE AKC PEACHES FIRST LITTER. WE HAVE BEEN BREEDING DACHSHUNDS FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS BUT HAD DECIDED TO DOWNSIZE AND PLACE ALL OUR ADULTS IN GOOD HOMES AND JUST KEPT WILLY AND PEACHES TO BREED OCCASIONALLY.
All puppies are bred HERE, Whelped HERE, and raised HERE with our Family!!
When you place a deposit its the same as signing our contract. It takes effect as soon as you take possession of the dog.
